Opportunity Highlights

  • Work in a collaborative, collegial clinic culture focused on improving workflows

  • Take light, evenly shared 1:7 call with after-hours triage support
  • 4-day outpatient workweek with Monday-Friday clinic hours
  • Practice with advanced practice providers (APPs) at each clinic
  • Ramp up in 2-3 months with stable, growing patient volumes
  • See 18-20 patients per day across bread-and-butter pediatrics and higher-complexity pediatrics, including ADD/ADHD
