Job description

We are currently looking for a Full Time HR Customer Relations Specialist to join our Customer and Employee Relations team located at the Carl Albert Service Center working .
Summary:
This position is responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience both over the phone and in person for employees, applicants, Chickasaw citizens, and other visitors of the Human Resources offices in the Carl Albert Service Center. This position will provide administrative support to the human resources department.
Responsibilities:
* Answers the phone, transfers call, takes messages and screens calls per guidelines for areas served
* Inputs all transactional data into the human resources information system while ensuring data integrity
* Assists employees with Chickasaw Employee Experience questions as needed
* Acts as liaison between internal and/or external individuals and/or groups
* Print badges, and taking photos of current employees
* Assist when needed in preparing correspondence, including employment verifications/reference checks
* Performs general clerical/administrative support to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing documents, filing, receive, distribution of departmental and company e-mails, prepare and distribute mail, composition and preparation of routine correspondence, drafts narratives, financial, and statistical reports and presentations using computer software applications based on the needs of the department and/or facility
* Prepares individual and group correspondence
* Assists with various research projects and/or special projects
* Greets persons entering the building and directs individuals to correct destination
* Serves as point of contact in assigned area
* Operate Cisco Finesse web-based software to maintain accurate call reporting
* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
