Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse -(SNF)

Location: Alturas, CA

Pay Rate: $1800 To $2000/ Week

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule: All Shifts | 36 Hours/Week

Experience: 1+ Year SNF/LTC Experience Preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join the Skilled Nursing Facility team at Modoc Medical Center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality resident care, administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized nursing care to SNF residents.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and care plans.
