Caribbean Bar Managers are hospitality professionals who oversee the operations of bars located in the Caribbean or bars with a Caribbean theme. Their responsibilities include managing staff, curating drink menus often featuring Caribbean-inspired cocktails, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. They also ensure compliance with local laws and health regulations, and may coordinate events or entertainment to enhance the bar's atmosphere.
