Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CFA Supervisor to join our team at Indianapolis International Airport. The CFA Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead a team to maintain the highest levels of safety and efficiency within the Cargo Facility Area (CFA). Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily activities within the Cargo Facility Area to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, and other regulatory requirements related to cargo handling and security.
  • Lead, train, and mentor CFA staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with airport authorities, airlines, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient cargo processing.
