Duties

· Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.

· Assist clients with mobility and lifting as needed to ensure their safety and comfort.

· Monitor patient observation to track changes in health status and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.

· Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.

· Support individuals with developmental disabilities by implementing tailored care plans.

· Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to hygiene standards.

· Document daily activities, progress notes, and any changes in client behavior or condition.

· Collaborate with family members and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
