Job description

Benefits:
  • Training & development
  • Wellness resources
  • 401(k)
  • Competitive salary
  • Dental insurance
  • Employee discounts

A caregiving job that actually pays you when you need it.
We're hiring caregivers in the Yorba Linda area, and we know why most people are looking: you want steady hours and money you can count on. We do both.
$18-$21 per hour. Biweekly paychecks - plus same-day pay through PayActiv when something can't wait until payday
What you'll do
Help seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Personal care like bathing and dressing, help getting around, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and steady companionship. Some clients have dementia, some are recovering from surgery, some just need a dependable person in the house. We'll match you to the right fit.
What we're looking for
  • Six months of caregiving experience - family caregiving counts
  • California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to register (easy, and we help)
  • Current TB clearance
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check

What we offer
  • $18-$21/hour based on experience
  • Same-day pay - access earned wages before payday
  • Consistent scheduling once you're matched with clients
  • Dental, vision, and disability insurance
  • Paid training (12-15 hours/year, on the clock)
  • $50 referral bonuses - good caregivers know good caregivers
  • $50 testimonial bonuses, employee discounts, wellness benefits

Why work for us
We're a local, independently owned agency - not a national call center that treats caregivers like numbers. We give you a real schedule, real support, and a real person to call. Show up, do good work, and we'll keep you busy and paid.
Apply now. Every application gets a real response, fast
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
Homewatch CareGivers offers the comprehensive home care services and we believe that exceptional training means a more rewarding experience for you and better care for clients. Homewatch CareGivers is a premier provider of in-home care services for people of all ages, including seniors, children, veterans, the chronically ill, and those recovering from medical procedures.

Our Homewatch CareGivers University is a professionally-developed training platform designed to give you the tools and resources you need to make the very most of your time with clients and gain the most satisfaction from your job. It includes online accredited courses to help you meet the training requirements you may need to stay current with caregiver certification and licensure . This is an incredible opportunity to feel great about your job and the impact it has on others. Join our growing team and help bring our unique care philosophy to life!
