We are seeking a trustworthy caregiver that will care for our clients with professionalism and compassion wherever the clients call home. The caregiver will be responsible for implementing our clients’ daily care plan in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with agency policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship including social interactions, emotional reassurance, and initiation of activities that stimulate the mind.

Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands.

Transporting or escorting the client to medical and other appointments as needed.

Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.

Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc)

Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.

Implement the care plan as instructed.

Complete and maintain records of daily activities, observations, and direct hours of service.

Requirements

Experience with caregiving/ Home Management Skills

CNA or HHA Certification or other certification

Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card or have reliable transportation

Be able to work in USA - Social Security Card or Birth Certificate or Work permit

Able to pass Level II Background Check

High School Diploma or equivalent

Auto Insurance

TB test ( PPD or Chest X-Ray) Results

Genuine Desire to Help Clients

Professional and Friendly Attitude

Willingness to Work Flexible Hours (may include night shifts)
