Job description

Location: Bergen and/or Morris counties, potential for multiple locations
On-site FT 40 hours: 4-10 hour days Monday-Thursday or Monday- Fridaywith potential for evening hours and hybrid flexibility
Salary: $72,500

Job Summary:

You will provide leadership, supervision, direction, and coordination of staff to ensure full provision of clinically sound services to clients. You will serve as the primary contact person for clients and families and will spearhead efforts to engage clients in treatment with the goal to build a positive relationship with participants and assist them in developing their abilities for illness self-management.

What You Will Do:Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and cross-functional action teams
  • Serve as liaison to DMHAS designees
  • Facilitate trainings and outreach activities and ensure that training/outreach logistics are coordinated
  • Ensure that project outcomes are met and reports submitted to DMHAS in a timely manner
  • Build a culture of FEP-informed care in Northern New Jersey
  • Provide on-site program support in multiple locations
  • Provide clinical supervision to team clinicians on a weekly basis
  • Facilitate Team Meeting on a weekly basis for case consultation and coordination
  • Provide individual, family and group counseling services
  • Facilitate psycho-educational groups for consumers on a variety of topics relating to wellness and recovery as required
  • Engage in supportive counseling
  • Assess/evaluate consumers at intake/admissions, during ongoing recovery/service delivery and at discharge
  • Collaborate with treatment providers to establish comprehensive assessments and Treatment Plans
What We Need to See:
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field as required by program regulations & standards.
  • Must possess a current professional license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) as required by program regulations & standards.
  • At least 2 years of experience with program management, administrative and supervisory experience
  • A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance
