About Intermedia

Are you looking for a company where YOUR VOICE is heard? Where you can MAKE A DIFFERENCE? Do you THRIVE in a FAST-PACED work environment? Do you wake up every morning EXCITED to work with GREAT PEOPLE and create SUCCESS TOGETHER? Then Intermedia is the place for you.
Intermedia has established itself as a leader in cloud communications and collaboration technology that enables companies to connect better—offering best-in-class UCaaS, CCaaS, and Business Cloud Applications (BCA). With a track record of growth, innovation, and career development, we’re excited to launch our newest in-office Expansion Sales team in Denver, CO—and this is your opportunity to be part of something from the ground up.
About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our Client Sales Advisors (Expansion Sales Reps), you’ll be on the front lines of pipeline creation—strategically engaging existing customers to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Intermedia’s portfolio of solutions. Your goal is to generate high-quality opportunities and book meetings that enable the CSAs to close business and grow existing accounts.
You’ll thrive in a high-energy, high-accountability sales environment, and play a critical role in the success of this newly launched, in-office team.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to existing Intermedia customers to identify expansion potential.
  • Qualify needs and business priorities for UCaaS, CCaaS, and other cloud-based solutions.
  • Book discovery meetings for Client Sales Advisors, ensuring a seamless handoff.
  • Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools to track activity, build lists, and manage outreach sequences.
  • Collaborate daily with Client Sales Advisors to strategize on account targeting and follow-up.
  • Share prospect feedback with Sales and Marketing to continuously improve messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on Intermedia products, partner incentives, and competitive positioning.
  • Meet or exceed activity and opportunity creation KPIs monthly.
What You Bring to the Role

  • 1+ years in a B2B business development, inside sales, or lead generation role; experience in cloud/SaaS a plus.
  • Curiosity, high energy, a bias for action, and a passion for helping customers.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and through email.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM for tracking pipeline and outreach.
  • Familiarity with UCaaS, contact center, cloud storage, or business productivity applications is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative sales pod structure.
  • Willingness and ability to work in-office at least 4 days/week in the Denver location.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required if experience is aligned.
Why Join This Team

  • Be part of the founding team for a brand-new Denver-based Expansion Sales office.
  • Clear growth path into Client Sales Advisor, Account Executive, or other full-cycle sales roles.
  • Join a culture where teamwork, transparency, and internal promotion are at the core.
