Job description

Aimpoint Digital is looking for talented individuals to join our growing team for a full-time position starting in July 2026.

New graduates will participate in our hands-on, in-person onboarding program with other Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, and Decision Scientists to prepare for consulting engagements focused on delivering data and analytic advisory and solutions here at Aimpoint Digital. Applicants must either live in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta,GA to participate in this program. By participating in this program, we anticipate this will better prepare you, our newest consultants, for project-based work at Aimpoint Digital. After completing your onboarding, you will jump into case work with our consulting teams as a full-time team member. This program is designed to focus on the similarities and differences between classwork and casework - to give you the leg up when it comes to data literacy, interacting with clients, and delivering quality solutions.

Who we are looking for

Seeking decision scientists, analytics consultants, data engineers, and data-minded people interested in developing business focused solutions for organizations that range from Fortune 100 companies to newly founded start-ups.

  • New graduates from master's and PhD programs (STEM-related field) preferred; Exceptional Bachelors candidates with Comp Sci degrees will be considered
  • Consulting experience preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Desire to work with modern technology in a fast-paced environment

  • Mix it up with instructor-led sessions, mock projects, peer feedback, joining client-facing calls, and building a foundation to be a successful consultant

  • Decision Scientist Consultants at Aimpoint Digital leverage cutting-edge techniques, from optimization to machine learning, to ensure that our clients are driving value through advanced analytics for years to come
  • Data Engineer Consultants at Aimpoint Digital develop and streamline the analytical infrastructure & data architecture that enables data analysts and decision scientists to quickly create and deploy analytics at scale in the cloud
  • Analytics Consultants at Aimpoint Digital help drive value through the automation of analysis, blending data sources, and action-driving visualizations
