Jim Norton Auto group is looking for Sales Associates to help take care of our amazing customers. We have an excellent training program for our Sales Associates as we will train you to be a success and help you grow in your new career. If you have experience serving customers and providing exceptional customer support, then automotive sales could be for you. You also have the opportunity to sell exciting new technologies.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences
- Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
- Conduct test drives and assist customers in vehicle selection
- Negotiate sales prices and financing options with customers
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Attend training and stay updated on new vehicle models and promotions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
