Responsabilités :

  • Accueillir les clients

  • Planifier, développer et exécuter des sessions d'entraînement sécuritaires, diversifiées et entraînantes;

  • Animer et superviser l'entraînement de la clientèle;

  • Assurer en tout temps l’application des règles de santé et sécurité;

  • Modifier si besoins les exercices pour accommoder le niveau de tous les clients;

  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel, en accord avec les exigences et standards du Blackburn Athletics

  • Compléter la liste des tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture, le cas échéant, et s’assurer que tout est en place pour la journée suivante

  • Développer les compétences et les aptitudes potentielles des clients;

  • Assurer la mise en place et l’exécution des promotions fournies par l’équipe de gestion des Blackburn Athletics;

  • Participer aux évènements et activités extérieures pour promouvoir les Blackburn Athletics

  • Démontrer de l’initiative pour la mise en place de nouveaux processus

  • Être disponible pour remplacements et réunions d’entraîneurs
