Job description

Find your calling at Mercy! Responsible for the coordination, and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Services and ensures that Pharmacy provides optimal clinical services on a daily basis. Facilitates the development and ongoing management of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapy. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:

Education:    Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy
     (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.
Licensure:     Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice  
Experience:     Minimum 3 years of experience in area of practice
Certifications:     
Other: 
Preferred Education: ASHP Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred. 
Preferred Licensure: 
Preferred Experience: Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.
Preferred Certifications: Board of Pharmacy Specialties Board Certification preferred
Preferred Other:
