About the Role:

As a Sales Associate & Receptionist, you are the face of The NOW—welcoming guests, creating memorable first impressions, and guiding each guest through their journey of self-care. This dual-role blends hospitality with sales, where you’ll manage appointment bookings, promote memberships and enhancements, process payments, and maintain a calm, professional reception area.

Key Responsibility:

• Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure

• Manage phones, appointment bookings, and guest inquiries efficiently

• Educate guests on services, enhancements, memberships, and pricing

• Promote and sell memberships, enhancements, and retail products

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and care

• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Support daily boutique operations including opening and closing duties

• Attend all team meetings and required trainings
