Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Receptionist! The Receptionist facilitates the flow of organization information; to provide a positive, responsive environment for receiving internal and external customers via telephone and face-to-face. Essential job functions include: promptly greeting patients, visitors and staff who enter the facility; making eye contact with and greeting walk-in guests in a pleasant, courteous and clear tone of voice; providing routine organization-related information to callers and visitors; consistently communicating within boundaries of confidentiality policies and procedures; signing for, receiving, sorting, and routing incoming mail, including courier deliveries daily; providing back-up clerical support to various departments; responding willingly and courteously to requests to provide special assistance.

Experience: preferred or relevant work experience in medical office setting. Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM / Determined by the Communications Manager.
