Their role involves supporting licensed professionals, such as nurses or social workers, in providing care to patients or clients. Responsibilities may include assisting with daily activities, observing patient care, and performing administrative tasks. The internship is designed to help individuals learn about the field, develop practical skills, and explore potential career paths in healthcare or social services.

What are some common challenges care interns face when working with clients, and how can they be addressed?

Care Interns often encounter challenges such as building trust with clients, managing emotional situations, and adapting to diverse needs. It's important to approach each client with empathy, patience, and active listening skills. Interns are encouraged to seek guidance from supervisors, participate in team meetings, and utilize available training resources to build their confidence and competence in providing care.
