We are hiring full-time HVAC Service Technicians to join our team!

What YOU will be responsible for as an HVAC Service Technician:

  • Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
  • Diagnosing, repairing, maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications
  • Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services we provide to benefit them
  • Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
  • Learning the Anytime Heating, Cooling & Plumbing HVAC Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

  • A customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping people

  • A team player with a professional, positive attitude

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

  • Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely
  • EPA Certification required

  • NATE Certification preferred (but not required)

  • Capable of troubleshooting split systems
  • Capable of troubleshooting light commercial systems
  • Has all personal tools (company provides large tools, vehicle, phone, and tool account)
  • Must be proficient with smartphone, email, etc.

As a full-time HVAC Service Tech at Anytime, YOU will receive the following and so much MORE:

  • Top hourly pay with O.T. plus strong commission incentives ($60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year)
  • Additional Lead, Turnover, IAQ, Safety Products, and Maintenance Agreement Spiffs available.
