About the Role
Degree Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT. You'll lead residential HVAC installations, mentor junior installers, and deliver high-quality work that homeowners can depend on for years to come.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers.
  • Mentor and work alongside installation team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality installations.

  • Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.

What We're Looking For
  • Active Connecticut HVAC License (D2, S10, S2, or S1) required.
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead installation projects while working effectively with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Pay Range: Pay is dependent on experience; $40/hour and up + SPIFFs and bonuses. Top technicians earn over $100,000 per year.
