Job Title: RN Stepdown

As a Registered Nurse in the Stepdown unit, you will deliver exceptional care to patients who need intensive monitoring and intricate nursing procedures, bridging the gap between ICU and medical-surgical levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Manage cardiac and telemetry monitoring to ensure patient safety.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor their effects.
