Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant / Care Associate. The Care Associate team provides compassionate, person-centered care, helping residents with all aspects of daily living. You'll work closely with our team to ensure each resident's needs are met with kindness and respect, making sure they feel comfortable, valued, and at home.

Compensation: $20 - 23 hourly per hour based on experience, plus $1.50 - $2.00 shift differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts.

What you will need:
  • Current Nurse Aide - Required Licensed in the State of Virginia, registered license number with the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
  • First Aid or BLS certification preferred.
