The Invasive Cardiology Manager is responsible for the operational, clinical, and quality oversight of all invasive cardiology services across the health system. This role provides system-wide oversight of the Cardiac Catherterization Laboratories, Electrophysiology Laboratory and associated Pre-Procedure/Post Procedure Care Areas to ensure high-quality, compliance, and efficient patient care. This role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular services across both campuses while supporting physician partnerships, clinical excellence, workforce development, and organizational goals.

This position functions under the direction of the Cardiovascular Operations Director and executive cardiovascular leadership. 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Clinical Quality & Patient Safety.
  • Leadership and Operations.
  • Personnel Management.
  • Financial and Resource Management.
  • Physician & Service Line Collaboration.
  • Regulatory & Accreditation Oversight.

Education, Training, & Experience:

  • Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Current RN license in Indiana.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) with AHA required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in cardiovascular services, invasive cardiology, electrophysiology, critical care, procedural services, or related specialty areas.
  • Previous management experience within a Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology lab preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of invasive cardiology and electrophysiology clinical standards and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. 
  • Ability to manage change and lead to system-wide standardization.
  • Proficient in EMR, Cardiovascular PACS systems, and operational reporting tools.
