Cardiovascular Technologist

Job Title: Cardiovascular Technologist

Profession: Cardiovascular Tech Specialty: Technologist

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: AM Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 4 years of direct cath lab experience if not a graduate of relevant programs License: Must be currently registered Radiological Technologist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or must become RT(R) or RCIS certified. Certifications: Current Certification as American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS. Must-Have: Current ACLS certification.

Description: Must be a graduate of a Radiology Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, or equivalent program. If not a graduate of the above programs, must have 4 years of direct cath lab experience. Required skills include current registration as a Radiological Technologist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist. Must be able to provide care and support to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures. Position involves weekend duties every third week. Candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Opportunity for professional growth and development within the role.
