NorthBay Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our expanding Heart & Vascular program in Napa, CA. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a highly respected, physician-led health system dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular care throughout Northern California.
As a member of our growing cardiology team, you will provide both inpatient and outpatient non-invasive cardiology services while working alongside a multidisciplinary team of cardiovascular specialists committed to achieving the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic studies, including: 
  • Echocardiography
  • Nuclear cardiology imaging
  • Exercise and pharmacologic stress testing
  • Interpret advanced cardiovascular imaging, including: 
  • Cardiac MRI
  • Cardiac CT angiography
  • Evaluate and manage patients with: 
  • Coronary artery disease
  • Heart failure
  • Arrhythmias
  • Valvular heart disease
  • Other complex cardiovascular conditions
  • Provide inpatient consultations and perform daily cardiovascular rounds
  • Manage outpatient cardiology clinic patients, including preoperative and postoperative cardiac evaluations
  • Collaborate closely with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiac surgeons, and APPs to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement and cardiovascular program development initiatives

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
  • Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted California medical license
  • Expertise in non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostics and patient management
  • Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
