Job description

We are seeking a Medical Office Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will coordinate patient care, medical and health services in the s, clinic and coordinate with hospitals or similar organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel 
  • Plan and coordinate health services
  • Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
  • Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
  • Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
  • Experience in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to multitask is essential
  • Proficiency in Spanish language is a plus

We are a single specialty Cardiology office specializing in treating Heart and Circulation diseases, with ability to perform many of the required tests in house. Our staff has been the key to our success for over 18 years in the same location. Our staff is cross trained in house, very hard working and compassionate and skilled.
