Join this amazing patient centered community-based healthcare organization looking to add a Nurse Practitioner for Outpatient Cardiology services near the coastline of Connecticut!
We are looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient cardiology practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology and be able to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions.
Responsibilities of the position include:
  • Performing comprehensive history and physical examinations of patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as electrocardiograms, echocardiograms, and stress tests
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with cardiovascular conditions
  • Educating patients about their cardiovascular conditions and how to manage them
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and pharmacists
Qualifications for the position include:
  • Master's degree in nursing (MSN) with a specialization in nurse practitioner (NP)
  • Registered nurse (RN) license
  • Cardiology NP certification
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a cardiology setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
