Job description

Exciting opportunities are available for experienced professionals skilled in Imaging for Cath Lab procedures. This contract position offers a collaborative environment supporting both inpatient and outpatient cardiac care with state-of-the-art technology. Work with a dedicated cardiac team in a two-bed lab, providing top-tier care to patients requiring both scheduled and emergent services.
Schedule:

  • Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with options for 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or four 10-hour shifts (7 a.m.-5:30 p.m.)
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • On-call and holiday coverage required
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Cath Lab Tech
  • Current State Radiologic Technologist licensure and ARRT certification
  • Active BLS certification
  • Strong EKG interpretation skills (EKG test required upon submission)
  • Team-oriented approach and effective communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assist cardiologists with cardiac catheterizations and related imaging procedures
  • Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with nursing and physician staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Rotate on-call shifts and provide coverage during holidays as scheduled
  • Float to nearby laboratories as needed, contributing expertise across multiple locations
  • Accurately document procedures using EPIC Cupid (training provided during orientation)
