Job description

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time Cardiologist with expertise in heart failure and cardio-oncology to join its vibrant, full-spectrum cardiology practice. This role is part of a large multi-specialty medical group in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, offering a comprehensive range of cardiovascular care. The ideal candidate will contribute to and further develop the existing cardio-oncology program while managing various etiologies of systolic and diastolic heart failure.

Practice Info

  • Part of a large 2000+ multi-specialty medical group in the greater San Francisco Bay Area
  • Outpatient clinics located in Palo Alto, San Carlos, and Santa Clara
  • Admitting privileges at Stanford and El Camino hospitals
  • Close working relationships with all Sutter locations in the Bay Area
  • Offers complete range of cardiovascular care with specialists in heart failure, coronary artery disease, electrophysiology, inherited CV disease, prevention, and advanced cardiac imaging
  • Current cardio-oncology program has significant support with a dedicated program manager, experienced NPs, philanthropic funding, and Sutter Administration

Responsibilities

  • Further develop the current cardio-oncology program
  • Manage systolic and diastolic heart failure of various etiologies

Compensation

  • Guaranteed salary for two years with production bonus
  • Shareholder eligible after two years
  • Shareholders enjoy competitive, production-based income

  • Salary range: $427,500 - $475,000 /Yr
