• Deliver mental health services remotely to clients while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.
• Engage actively with clients to set achievable goals and modify treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatments provided, and updates while upholding strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Responsible for timely billing submissions and ensuring all records comply with regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training programs to stay updated on best practices in the field.

As a mental health provider, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
