Position: Warehouse Associate

POSITION OVERVIEW: Challenger Teamwear is a leader in providing sporting apparel, gear, and equipment for teams, schools, and organizations. Challenger Teamwear is looking for experienced warehouse workers who can are looking for individuals that are self motivated, dependable and detail-oriented with a positive, energetic and comprehensive mindset.

JOB SUMMARY:

The role of a Warehouse Associate is to support daily operations in a fast-paced uniform production facility. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping uniforms and related products while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean, safe warehouse environment. The ideal candidate works efficiently, follows procedures carefully, and contributes to meeting production and shipping deadlines.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Picking the correct apparel from order

Preparing picked items for the print shop to apply media

30-40 hour work weeks (with occasional opportunities for weekend work during peak season)

Notifying supervisor if products on order cannot be filled due to no stock

Ensuring merchandise is securely packed and appropriately labeled for shipping

Keeping the area clean and organized by sweeping, taking out trash, cutting down boxes

Remain safety-conscious

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous warehouse experience preferred but we will provide training

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

A good eye for detail

Able to learn product SKUs quickly and be able to identify products by name and SKU

Good memory recall on order numbers and accounts

Is an excellent communicator with co-workers

Take pride in your work with strong organizational skills

PHYSICAL ABILITIES:

Stand on feet for 8 hours

Previous reach truck experience isn't necessary, but considered a plus!

Dexterity and Arm-Hand Steadiness – ability to quickly move hands, arms, fingers to grasp, manipulate or assemble and the ability to keep hand and arm steady.

Frequent stooping, bending, pulling and pushing.

Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or drag up to forty pounds (40) pounds if necessary.

M-F

9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

PAY RATE

$16-17 per hour based on experience
