Full-Time | Weekend Nights | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
We are currently seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading healthcare system in Tulsa, OK.
Position Summary
The RN Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and support for a Cardiac Surgical Step Down Unit while overseeing staffing, patient placement, and quality patient care. This role is ideal for an experienced cardiac RN with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Assist with staffing assignments and patient placement
  • Serve as a clinical resource for patient care and problem resolution
  • Monitor quality of care and adherence to hospital policies
  • Coach and mentor nursing personnel
  • Coordinate patient transfers and bed management
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, patients, and families
  • Participate in performance improvement and staff education initiatives

Qualifications
• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Cardiac Surgical Step Down experience required
• Previous Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of telemetry and post-cardiac surgery patient care
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Weekend Premium Schedule:
    • Friday, Saturday, Sunday OR
    • Saturday, Sunday, Monday
