COMMERCIAL CARD SOLUTIONS MANAGER

This candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducts annual in-person and virtual commercial card business reviews and product demonstrations.
  • Leads the onboarding and implementation process for business and commercial card products, including gathering requirements, developing solutions, and providing client training.
  • Collaborates with Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Business 360, and other bank teams to identify client needs and appropriate card solutions.
  • Ensures commercial card services are processed accurately, efficiently, and securely in accordance with bank policies and procedures, including obtaining required credit approvals and documentation.
  • Serves as a key partner and liaison to internal bank departments and coordinates resources to ensure client objectives and a seamless customer experience are achieved.
  • Partners with sales officers in Kansas and Oklahoma to identify new Business and Commercial Card opportunities and educates/enrolls suppliers in virtual card payment solutions.
  • Provides product support to internal and external customers for commercial cards, ACH, wires, sweep accounts, remote deposit capture, positive pay, and commercial online banking.

Requirements for the position include the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • A minimum of five years of financial services experience required.
  • Experience working in areas of implementation, project management, or account management.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, accounting principles, and strong computer skills.
  • Travel and the ability to work late and/or flexible hours required.
