About This Opportunity

The Gift Card Operations Manager II is responsible for testing and validating the full end to end user experience of new Financial Services Gift Cards prior to cards being made available to our end users. They will need to identify any issues with product functionality and report those issues to the project team in order to troubleshoot and resolve them. The position requires strong attention to detail, high responsiveness, and customer centric mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing efforts with the project team in order to ensure a thorough understanding of the testing scope and timeline
  • Design test cases around new product features/functions
  • Purchase test cards at local partner locations and validate the user experience
  • Execute various test cases to ensure all product functionality is working as expected
  • Document testing process along with all associated testing artifacts
  • Report results and issues to the project team and raise any concerns around ease of use, customer friendliness, or general user experience
Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, project management or analytical role
  • Strong technical and business acumen
  • Extremely organized and able to balance multiple tasks with various inputs/outputs
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly responsive to business needs and able to adjust plans on the fly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn, retain, and apply complex technical information core to job function
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Reliable transportation to and from testing locations
