Job description

Position Description:

The Guest Concierge Receptionist is responsible for providing genuine and authentic guest service according to the Jeff Ruby standards. This position will assist all Jeff Ruby restaurants from the central location, in downtown Cincinnati. The Guest Concierge Receptionist provides clerical and reception support to the restaurants and guest relations manager, including answering telephones, taking reservations, directing callers to the appropriate person/website, assisting with gift card balances and our guest loyalty program.

Work Performed:

a. Manage and prioritize high volume of calls for all Jeff Ruby restaurants. This includes answering telephone systems, making referrals, taking messages, and directing incoming calls appropriately.

b. Assists guest with their loyalty account.

c. Assists guests in determining their gift card balance.

d. Maintain an open line of communication between guests, management, and other team members.

e. Update customer account information (daily) and ensure accurate entry.

f. Assists other departments as requested or assigned.

g. Be High Touch minded when inquiring about special occasions & special requests for reservations

h. Assists the Guest Relations Manager in additional guest relation needs.
