Job Summary

Assist Car Wash Manager in car wash operations including training, light wash maintenance, customer service, bay cleaning and service maintenance relations.

Responsibilities
  • Guiding vehicles onto the conveyor or into the wash
  • Spraying (prepping) vehicles for the automatic wash
  • Create loyal customers
  • Provide customers with courteous, enthusiastic service
  • Assist customers with wash questions, and or concerns
  • Responsible for keeping the bay clean
Knowledge, Skills and Other Qualifications Required
  • Customer service-oriented/excellent customer service skills
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management associates, and maintenance personnel
  • Ability to walk and stand on feet for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day)
  • Reach over your head frequently and comfortably
  • Lift, carry, pull, or push up to 60 pounds
  • Bend, kneel, squat or stand
  • Work in a heated and/or cold environment
  • Climb an extension ladder
Education/Training Required
  • High School or equivalent
