  • A Schedule That Flexes With You: Midweek appointment? We'll make it work.
  • Training That Sets You Up to Win: Onboarding walks you through our comprehensive, proprietary sales process so you're never guessing. You will learn from the top sales team in the country!
  • A Team That Has Your Back: We celebrate wins together and tackle problems as a crew, not solo.
  • Small Business, Big Heart: We're a local business with a leadership team that rolls up their sleeves and works alongside the team every single day.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

You'll find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance. Our services are genuinely one-of-a-kind, so a big part of the fun is educating people on what we do and earning their trust along the way.

Out in the Field (the fun part):

  • A mix of on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
  • Getting to know all kinds of industries — Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, and more

Building Real Relationships:

  • Showing customers what Surface Experts can (and can't) do
  • Checking in on how happy they are and spotting ways to do even better
  • Earning trust by genuinely serving people
  • Brainstorming and chasing down new opportunities

What You Bring:

  • Goal-oriented, self-starting, and full of energy
  • You genuinely enjoy being around people
  • Licensed to drive a passenger car with a clean driving record
  • Professional, caring, and service-minded
  • Ready to thrive on a metrics-based, process-driven team

Bonus Points For:

  • Working knowledge of property management and/or construction
  • Experience with a CRM tool and process
  • You've worked commission-only before and loved the freedom and opportunity of it
