A Full Service Rental Agent is a front-line employee who services our customers by getting them into their rental car while also helping to prepare & maintain our fleet of vehicles and lot for rentals.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Assist customers with the rental process from start to finish
  • Utilize proven sales techniques and SOE-driven service standards to recommend upgrades, protections, and additional services
  • Deliver efficient, friendly, and professional customer service
  • Accurately process rental transactions using our computer systems
  • Work as part of a team focused on sales performance, service excellence, and operational efficiency
  • Cleaning and preparing vehicles for rental
  • Inspecting vehicles for mileage, fuel levels, and any damage upon return
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot
  • Moving vehicles safely around the lot as needed
  • Supporting the team to ensure vehicles are ready for customers on time
