  • Be the Leader of Tagg-N-Go: Support the Site Manager in leading a team that creates a positive, memorable customer experience.
  • Train and Develop: Participate in the training program, then help train new and existing team members. Share your knowledge and ensure your team provides excellent customer service.
  • Keep It Smooth: Oversee car wash operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and vehicles are properly prepared for the wash.
  • Safety Comes First: Direct drivers safely, identify potential challenges, and handle them with confidence, ensuring the safety of customers and staff.
  • Make It Shine: Help maintain the overall site appearance, including regular site cleaning tasks, so it remains welcoming for both customers and team members.
