We are currently seeking a motivated and Must have EXPERIENCE as Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned sales department and drive profitability while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.


Position Summary:
The Used Car Manager is responsible for overseeing the dealership's pre-owned vehicle operations. This includes managing inventory, appraising trades, setting competitive pricing, leading the used car sales team, and ensuring the department meets or exceeds sales and gross profit goals.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the pre-owned vehicle department.

Appraise trade-ins accurately and fairly to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.

Manage used car inventory, ensuring vehicles are marketable and priced effectively.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume and gross objectives.

Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.

Work with the General Manager and Finance team to maximize profitability.

Requirements

Experience as a Used Car Manager or Automotive Sales Manager required.

Strong knowledge of pre-owned inventory management, appraisals, and pricing.

Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proficient in dealership software and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
