Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a New Car Inventory Manager Assistant to the Sales Manager at Herb Connolly Chevrolet. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the highly competitive and growing auto industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of photography with iphone/android, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a close knit team environment. This role will be based in Framingham, Massachusetts and will offer a competitive base salary with commission opportunities.  Herb Connolly Chevy is a family owned new and used car dealership that has been family owned for over 100 years.  We pride ourselves on offering a great work environment for our employees and creating a team oriented atmosphere.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary of $15 to $20 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement inventory check-in, photography and online marketing process.
• Primarily responsible for photography of new and used car inventory, including organizing, tracking, and pricing
• Work with the Sales Manager to analyze new and used inventory for photography and online marketing and pricing
• Ability to move vehicles in and out of tight parking spots and willingness to help organize inventory
• Assist in organizing and executing sales events and promotions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Interest in photography and marketing online preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in photography using iphone / android and social media platforms
• Must be able to pass a background check
