What You'll Own Payroll & Compensation Administration
  • Verify payroll accuracy twice monthly
  • Review commissions, bonuses, and technician pay plans
  • Audit employee hours and payroll reports
  • Manage garnishments and unemployment claims
  • Ensure final checks and payroll compliance are accurate
  • Answer employee payroll and compensation questions
Benefits Administration
  • Manage health insurance enrollments and terminations
  • Coordinate directly with brokers and insurance carriers
  • Audit payroll deductions for accuracy
  • Lead annual open enrollment
  • Manage employee eligibility and coverage updates
  • Oversee UNUM and related benefits programs
Retirement Plan Administration
  • Manage 401(k) contribution submissions
