The Autosaver Group is looking for a Dealership Operations Assistant to help keep our dealership running smoothly. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by assisting with transportation, errands, vehicle care, and general dealership support tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Transport customers using dealership shuttle vehicles
  • Clean and maintain dealership shuttle vehicles
  • Complete bank deposits and runs
  • Pick up and deliver mail from the post office
  • Assist with parts pickup and delivery
  • Stock customer waiting areas with snacks and refreshments
  • Assist with dealership errands and support tasks as needed
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership environment
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to customers and team members
