Job description

1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
We are looking for a dedicated office receptionist to act as the liaison between our company and our customers. The responsibilities include ensuring the customer's needs are filled, coordinating transactions between the company and the customer, calling dealerships and car part companies, entering customers in the system for appointments, taking payments, keeping in contact with customers, performing other tasks as assigned. Must be able to multitask, this is a VERY high paced environment, at times you will be in and out of the office; in the shop in the lot, filing paperwork. Must be familiar with word documents, network sharing and more. Must complete training. Attention to detail and great communication is a MUST! This is an auto repair shop and candidate must have basic knowledge about cars. Car enthusiast is a plus. Positive attitude is a must with staff and customers alike.
