About the role
Axle Logistics is seeking a highly motivated candidate that thrives in an environment where hard work truly pays off. Based in the brand-new Knoxville, TN headquarters, this highly competitive Summer Internship Program grants exposure to the fast-paced world of Logistics. Responsible for collaborating with its internal Axle team, this internship provides the skills and techniques to be a successful salesperson, account manager, and operations manager in an ever-changing and dynamic industry. In this rotational program, you take on the full scope of our Logistics Consultant role which involves sales, account management, and operations.

  • Load Building and Planning
  • Building out an organizational chart of key participants

  • Selling Axle Logistics and its portfolio of services
  • Negotiation of contracts and rates
  • Implementation of services
