Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is a key part of the organization, responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies. Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $40,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Responsibilities
  • Provide full-service account management for personal lines insurance clients, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.
  • Handle accounts with premiums up to $15,000, with an average account size of $3,000.
  • Collaborate with carriers such as AIG, Arbella, CHUBB, CNA, Hagerty, and MAPFRE to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to the positive office culture and work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one.
  • Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those new to the industry or transitioning from captive insurance roles.
  • Skills:
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
    • Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software is a plus
