Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains Learning Management System for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) military aviation mission planning software.

Designs e-learning courses, pages, and virtual classroom content to support training objectives.

Develops, revises, and implements e-learning templates and content to establish consistent and intuitive learning experiences.

Coordinates with applicable subject matter experts to assist in content creation, review, and approval of e-learning content.

Coordinates with SME, Program Management, and Foreign Disclosure Office for approval of content.

Maintains technical proficiency in, and provides recommendations for, e-learning related hardware and software solutions.

Maintains proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office products.

Assists the FMS Technical Writer with Install Instructions, User Guides for mission planning software.

Requirements

Current Secret security clearance or ability to secure and maintain one.

Experience with E-Learning development.

Experience with Adobe Captivate, photoshop and other related software.

Experience with Microsoft Office products.

U.S. Citizen 

Recommendations

Bachelors Degree in information technology, or web design desired

Familiar with Joint Mission Planning Software (JMPS)

Prior aircrew experience
