Pay Rate:$35.00 - $40.50 per hour (W2 Only)
HYBRID: ONSITE Monday-Thursday and REMOTE Friday (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)
HOURS: MON-FRI /40 hours a week -
Seeking to hire a detail-oriented Training Content Creator to design and develop engaging, effective eLearning content. They will be responsible for translating technical and operational information into interactive training modules using industry-standard authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline. The ideal candidate has a strong background in instructional design, multimedia development, and adult learning principles, with the ability to create visually compelling and learner-focused training experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Design, develop, and maintain interactive eLearning modules using Articulate 360 Storyline or Adobe Captivate or similar eLearning content creation software
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and translate complex information into clear, engaging content
Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to structure effective learning experiences for Body PE team
Create multimedia elements, including graphics, animations, voice-over scripts, and assessments
Ensure courses are compatible with our Learning Management System (LMS)
Conduct quality assurance testing and revise content based on feedback
Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and instructional standards across all training materials
Update and improve existing content based on performance data, user feedback, and process changes
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of experience developing eLearning or digital training content
Bachelor s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with Adobe Captivate or Articulate 360 Storyline (required)
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Experience working with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant content

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS:
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical training environments
Experience scripting and coordinating voice-over production
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or eLearning accessibility standards (WCAG)
Experience analyzing training effectiveness and learner metrics
Experience with Articulate Rise 360: Camtasia or other video editing tools and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
