Job description

- This contract opportunity is through Delfina Medical Group -
Objective: The Delfina Doula will act as a virtual health coach to support pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
About Us: Delfina Medical Group and Delfina Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes.
About You: Our ideal Doula is one that has experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education.
Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis
  • Ensure patient's engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers
  • Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization

Qualifications:
  • DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA or CAPPA certified
    • Registered in state-owned Medicaid system is a plus
  • Strong communication and conversational skills
  • Experience with Web and mobile technologies
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
  • Telehealth experience is a plus

Compensation: $30-35 USD per hour
