Project Manager


Location: Outside of Sandpoint, in Sagle, ID, with regular travel to North Idaho job sites. Hybrid schedule available after onboarding.

MVAN Enterprises, Inc./Modern Stile Design Build is a custom luxury home builder with two decades of experience delivering high-end residential projects. After expanding operations into North Idaho, the company has continued to grow by offering a level of quality and attention to detail that sets it apart in the market. Their projects are custom, design-focused, and built to a premium standard.


We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to help manage the administrative and operational side of our custom residential projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping details organized and teams aligned. You will play a major role in the pre-construction and project coordination process, supporting communication, documentation, pricing, and workflow management across the business. The role can become partially hybrid after onboarding and training.


Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of coordination for subcontractors, office staff, and field operations
  • Maintain accurate project files and documentation
  • Assist with pre-construction coordination and bidding support
  • Manage proposal updates and subcontractor revisions
  • Support pricing, job costing, and administrative project functions
  • Help ensure timelines, communication, and documentation stay on track
  • Work within company systems to support project and document management


Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar work
  • Construction background preferred, though candidates with strong project-based experience from other industries may be considered
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up habits
  • Comfortable working with financial and project-related information
  • Experience with tools such as Ressio, Adaptive, SharePoint, and Bluebeam is a plus
