VOLT is immediately hiring for a Project Manager in Spokane, WA
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: contract to hire
Location: Onsite in Spokane, WA
As a Project Manager you will:
  1. Lead the planning and implementation of CMO projects.
  2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  4. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
  5. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  6. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  7. Ensure compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and other regulatory standards relevant to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  8. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  9. Facilitate change management and training activities related to new systems or processes.
  10. Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Education: BS in Project Management, Business or a related field
Certification: PMP or equivalent
Experience: 5+ years managing projects, preferably in a regulated industry
Additional Experience:
  • Experience with PPM tools
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, enterprise systems and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing systems and validation processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

Pay Rate: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
