MRM Health is seeking an Associate Director of Program Management. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, who strives to manage both a portfolio of business and team in the field of Project Management.
Our ideal candidate will drive a positive and collaborative working environment and both lead and drive working relationships with clients, external partners and within the agency. This role requires the candidate to have an expert ability to work independently while identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems. This role also requires expert decision-making skills and the ability to communicate confidently and efficiently with managers and team members across all areas of the agency. Finally, the ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for a portfolio of projects (or programs) acting as a delivery lead
  • Effectively planning, problem solving and delivering to drive excellence
  • Drive the delivery team and partner with leaders in all departments to achieve business objectives
  • Expertly perform all aspects of project delivery from project scoping and definition to successful execution, and lessons learned
  • Interact and collaborate knowledgably with clients, partners, vendors and across the MRM network
  • Enhance/create processes and procedures, based on business objectives and opportunities to improve, streamline and/or automate
  • Steward and enforce project standards and business management systems
  • Lead/mentor APMs, PMs, SPMs and Program Managers; Likely will have direct reports

Education and Exprience:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Masters-level degree a plus
  • Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing including digital, broadcast, print, Medical/Legal/regulatory review, Launch experience a plus.
  • PMP or other operational/organizational certification (Ital., Six Sigma) a plus
  • 8+ years' experience in project management or service management within a professional services company
  • 2-3 years' experience with direct management of team members strongly preferred
  • Agency or client-side experience strongly preferred
  • Expert skill level with MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook strongly preferred
  • Expert skill level with MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) strongly preferred
  • Expert skill level with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, Content Management Systems, online routing, etc.) strongly preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of the web and related technologies including (user experience, web development, web services, integration, application management and hosting) strongly preferred
  • Strong experience with both traditional/non-digital and digital campaigns (including site, digital experiences, email, and TV/ONVs projects) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent experience with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, and waterfall
  • Expert project management skills and experience including:
  • Schedule development, management, monitoring and oversight

This role will be based out of New York City. The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
