What You’ll Do (CNA Responsibilities)
  • Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)

  • Support mobility and proper positioning, including use of adaptive equipment

  • Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable environments for residents

  • Change bed linens and ensure beds are safe and wrinkle-free

  • Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members

  • Follow care plans and report changes in resident condition

  • Deliver care with dignity, respect, and compassion
